Perhaps you've missed a period.  Maybe you feel pregnant.  You could even have a positive home pregnancy test. 

That information is not enough.  These signs are only INDICATORS of pregnancy.  The following conditions are examples of conditions that can cause these pregnancy symptoms:

• Ectopic pregnancy (where the baby implants somewhere other than the uterus -- usually in the fallopian tube)
• Blighted ovum
• Molar pregnancy
• Miscarriage in process
  

Only an ultrasound can confirm a viable pregnancy.  It is important to confirm with a medical professional that your pregnancy is viable.
